1. OVERVIEW

At Gurukul World, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our transactions. This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions under which payments (such as consultation fees, registration fees, and training/program fees) are eligible for refunds or adjustments.

2. REGISTRATION & CONSULTATION FEES

We charge initial administrative fees for trial registrations and specialist admissions consultation. The conditions for these are as follows:

• Trial Registration Fee (₹500 - ₹1,000): Refundable if a cancel request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled trial date. Cancel requests made less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded but may be rescheduled.
• Consultation Fee (₹500): Generally non-refundable as it covers immediate documentation processing and slot booking. However, under special circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies), it can be adjusted towards your active program fee on formal admission.
• Phone Bookings & Registrations: For registrations, trials, or consultations booked over the telephone, the same refund guidelines and timelines apply. You can initiate a cancellation or request a refund by calling our official support helpline directly.

3. PROGRAM & SERVICES FEES

For active training programs (Skating Academy, Swimming, Martial Arts, and Force Fitness strength programs):

• Monthly Training Fees: Once a training month begins, fees are non-refundable. Prorated refunds are only issued if the academy is unable to provide training for a consecutive period of over 7 days due to infrastructure issues or coach unavailability.
• Quarterly/Annual Packages: If an athlete wishes to withdraw mid-term, a partial refund can be processed. In such cases, the discount applied to the package will be void, and the training months already completed will be billed at the standard monthly rate. The remainder will be refunded.
• Medical Ground Withdrawals: If an athlete sustains an injury that prevents further participation, we will offer a complete fee freeze (roll-over to future months) or process a partial refund upon submission of a valid medical certificate.

4. PROCESS FOR REFUND REQUESTS

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

• Submit a written application to the office desk or email us at refunds@gurukulworld.com.
• Attach the digital receipt, receipt reference, or transactional checkout receipt.
• State the specific reason for requesting a refund.

Approved refund requests are processed within 7 to 10 working days and credited back directly to the original bank account or UPI ID used during the checkout process.
